A group of copywriters, copy chiefs, graphic designers, and senior art directors came together to create the DEI Initiative within Thrasio's Creative Team. Our goal was to highlight how we can respectfully diversify our copy and design by focusing on Race, Gender, Relationships, and Neurodiversity across our creative channels. 
This was planned to be a four part presentation series. As someone with OCD, I worked on and was going to present the Neuro-Inclusivity deck
