While each story stands fantastically on their own, they also have a great overarching story arc between the two as Wadsworth and Cresswell first find themselves deep in the Romanian mountains to compete for spots in a forensic science school and later on a fantastical cruise across the Atlantic that holds a nefarious circus troupe.
